History
In 1954, a man named Roland Nadeau started Couverture Montréal-Nord. He was a young French-Canadian Beauceron. His enterprise grew quickly due to the rapid expansion of the City of Montreal. The first project was 25 houses; then came a project for 100 houses. Soon, Couverture Montréal-Nord grows to be one of the leaders in the industry. Two years after its creation, it has taken its place amongst the biggest roofing companies in Montreal. In 1958, the enterprise started working in the commercial sector. In 1963, due to insufficient office space, the enterprise moved to its actual location in Saint-Léonard. In 1979, Roland Nadeau’s oldest son Richard joins the company. As the years passed, Louise, Nicole and Marc Nadeau also joined the ranks. In 1988, the next generation is officially running the company. Since then, the company has continued its growth in the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. Recently, the company is enlarging the office space and has created a service and maintenance department directed by Pierre-Olivier Nadeau. Pierre-Olivier has joined the company in 2015. All this shows that after more than 60 years, Couverture Montréal-Nord still believes quality, reliability and experience are the cornerstone of our company.
